Don’t leave this process to untrained employees or non-professionals who do not fully understand the legalisation and attestation  process and the unique requirements of certain countries. Your paperwork could be rejected costing you time and money. Don’t let this happen to you!

Certain documents must first be Authenticated by relevant Departments before presentation for Apostille or Embassy Attestation for example:

 • School reports and transfer certificates by the Department of Basic Education.

 • Degrees, Diplomas and transcripts by the Department of Education.

 • Medical Certificates by the Health Professionals Counsel.

Documents designated for Non Apostille countries must always be presented to Department of of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) before it is presented to the relevant embassy.

It has to be noted that each Embassy has its own Lead Times and Cost Structure. Each Embassy also has its unique document requirements to attest documents.
